Springtime

More photos from the Easter weekend. A lazy, dusky walk in the early evening as the sun started to go down. Sunlight dappling through soft green leaves, sheep baaing for their babies, chatting, chatting....

The hedgerows are so beautiful at the moment. So green and shaggy and filled with messy shadows.

We enjoyed watching the lambkins skipping and playing with each other as their mummies watched on wearily.

R and me (well, mainly me) are trying to learn the names of the wild flowers. Stichwort!

Even the nettles looked pretty as a picture with the sun behind them.

Contemplating a game of pooh sticks.

And admiring the cow parsley. Delicate fronds like lace.

The walk up the hill home.
